Delivery


SHIPPING CHARGES

We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand.

Parcels are shipped by AusXpress (unless you have a PO Box and then in will be sent via Australia Post).

We offer $15 Flat Rate Shipping. AusXpress is a Premium Express Service. Please contact us if your parcel appears to be delayed so we can follow it up for you. You will receive notifications from AusXpress to keep you informed of the status of your delivery. Please note that if orders are delivered "Authority to Leave" it is important to nominate a suitable shipping address to minimise the risk of loss or theft. Proactive Animal Health will take no responsibility for parcels once they are delivered by AusXpress particularly if you choose authority to leave. You do have the option to select insurance coverage.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you would like to pick your order up from our Tinamba, Victoria premises, select pick up from store from the shipping options when checking out.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS POLICY

We are sure you’ll be delighted with your Proactive Animal Health purchase, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any item purchased from this website to us provided it is in a fully resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt.

  • If you are returning an item, you must include the original invoice with the goods - without it, the return will not be accepted.
  • The goods must be returned in perfect, saleable condition. You must state the reason for the return.
  • All returned goods are subject to approval.

On receipt of the goods, we will determine if refund/exchange is applicable.

Freight for returned goods is at the customers' expense (unless the goods are proved faulty) - we recommend you get proof of posting as Proactive Animal Health will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. If the reason for the return is a fault with the product, we will send you a replacement or we will refund you the cost of the product and the cost of the postage.

If you wish to exchange an item, the return of the item is at the customer's expense. Additionally, the customer will be charged for freight on the exchanged item.

No refunds will be given on any products unless goods are proved to be faulty by our suppliers. If an ordered item becomes unavailable then a refund will be offered. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

  • are faulty
  • have been wrongly described
  • are different from a sample shown to you, or
  • do not do what they are supposed to.

All merchandise must be returned at your cost in good condition in original packaging within 7 days to receive credit to your credit card. Returns after 7 days will receive a store credit to your account.
