You do not need to be a registered user to add items to your shopping cart. Making a purchase is simple, browse our ranges and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards and AfterPay payment options.
You can also choose to pay by cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct Deposit). Just choose which option you wish to use during the checkout process and you will be provided the necessary information to complete the transaction.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product.
We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post.
We offer $12 Flat Rate Shipping via Regular Parcel Post and $17 Flat Rate Shipping via Express Parcel Post.

LOCAL PICK UP
If you would like to pick your order up from our Tinamba, Victoria premises, select pick up from store from the shipping options when checking out.
We are sure you’ll be delighted with your Proactive Animal Health purchase, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any item purchased from this website to us provided it is in a fully resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
- If you are returning an item, you must include the original invoice with the goods - without it, the return will not be accepted.
- The goods must be returned in perfect, saleable condition. You must state the reason for the return.
- All returned goods are subject to approval.
On receipt of the goods, we will determine if refund/exchange is applicable.
Freight for returned goods is at the customers' expense (unless the goods are proved faulty) - we recommend you get proof of posting as Proactive Animal Health will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. If the reason for the return is a fault with the product, we will send you a replacement or we will refund you the cost of the product and the cost of the postage.
If you wish to exchange an item, the return of the item is at the customer's expense. Additionally, the customer will be charged for freight on the exchanged item.
No refunds will be given on any products unless goods are proved to be faulty by our suppliers. If an ordered item becomes unavailable then a refund will be offered. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
- are faulty
- have been wrongly described
- are different from a sample shown to you, or
- do not do what they are supposed to.
All merchandise must be returned at your cost in good condition in original packaging within 7 days to receive credit to your credit card. Returns after 7 days will receive a store credit to your account.
All product technical information within this website is based on manufacturer's claims. Whilst all care is taken, Proactive Animal Health assumes no liability for any incorrect or misleading information provided by manufacturers, or for any errors made whilst transcribing manufacturer's product information to this website. Products purchased from Proactive Animal Health should only be used in accordance with instructions on the label. Proactive Animal Health will not be responsible for damages of any nature resulting from use of or reliance upon this information.
